Malga Stain shelter consists on 4 different nearby facilities.
The main structure, the shelter, is located in front of Adami peak, and it is the hub of the complex where it is possible to find the bar/table service area and toilets, and can host till 30 people for breakfasts, breaks, lunches and dinners.
It is a comfortable place heated with 2 wood stoves in order to have a cosy break even in rainy or cold days. By the main room, staff access directly the professionally equipped kitchen.
For sunny days we have 30 outside seats, some tables in the sun and others under a canopy in the shadow.
During high season a reservation is required for tables over 10 people.
Rifugio Malga Stain offers 3 different solutions for overnight stays:
a little house overlooking Edolo and Malonno’s valleys, that can host till 4 people with 2 bunk beds.
Located on the plateau, with 2 bunk beds and 2 single beds, that can host up to 6 people.
Dormitories are nearby the shelter few meters from each others. It ensure the complete peace to the guests that can join the shelter for breakfast once they wake up enjoying the view that the landscape offers.
SUSPENDED TENTS Yes, really suspended!
This is the third overnight stay offer, a 2018 news. Every tent can host till 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children, for a
maximum weigh of 400Kg.
It is an innovative product, 0 environmental impact, realized with forefront materials allowing so, for the ones who wish, to stay a night under the stars with a 360° view, ‘fluctuating’ about 1m high, safely. The tree tents are tighten trough slack lines, using tree trunks as support.
For all the guests in the different overnight solutions, the toilet is inside the main facility, with a shower stall with hot water.

The SUSPENDED TENTS allows you to enjoy the surrounding landscapes with absolute comfort, living a night in a special and unique way: in the green, under the starry sky.
These tents received some international awards, like the ‘Best design & Outdoor product – ISPO 2013/14/15/18’, the ‘German Design Award’, moreover one of our model – STINGRAY – has been exposed at MOMA – New York, and at the Architecture Museum of Paris.
Buying 2 of these tents we contributed in planting 36 trees.
